Native to the Mediterranean, Fan Palm is part of tropical plants that decorate homes, gardens, and offices. It has the botanical name Chamaerops humilis, and this houseplant has many common names. The leaves of Fan Palm look like a fan or pinwheel. And they also have 9 to 12 enormous foliages that are segmented, pleated, and almost circular. The tops of the leaves are brilliant green, and the edges of the leaflets look greyish. Along the stem of the leaf, which may reach a length of 2 meters there are spines.
